Shipping policy

We currently ship within United States and are working to expand our services to other countries in the future.

Delivery Time Formula:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

All products go through a production process before shipping, contributing to the handling time.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 03:00 pm (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress on our Track Your Order page or directly through the courier’s website.

Change of Address:

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@worthygifts.com or call us at  +1 326 688 1885 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
